Wildhorse Canyon!
I just got back from a week long trip to Wildhorse Canyon, a beautiful YoungLife property about an hour north of Bend, OR. This was my fourth time to the camp and as always, I had a blast and I know my kids did too. It is such a wonderful experience to get away from everything and share the love of Christ with kids who may have never heard the message before.

Zidane update
In reference to the video I posted here, apparently the comment that spurred Zidane’s headbutt to the chest was Materazzi calling his mother a terrorist whore. Now this might seem fairly tame as far as trash-talk goes, but this story goes a little deeper. Zidane is a Muslim, so the terrorism claim obviously touches a nerve. Combine that with the whore comment and you’ve got yourself a pretty significant targeted insult.
Update: Materazzi has admitted to insulting Zidane, although he doesn’t elaborate on what he said.
Now THIS is how you cheat!
Students in Vietnam were caught hiding earpieces under wigs to help them cheat on their college entrance exams. I guess only about 10% of applicants actually make into the universities.
